Lifepo4 50Ah Battery Description
LITHIUM STORAGE can offer different terminal solutions for cells with welding terminals, including screw terminals and Nut terminals. These solutions have passed multiple inspection testing items such as drawing force, shear force, and torque testing, etc., and have been applied in various electric vehicle and energy storage projects in different countries.

To suit the various connection demand from customers,
it is available to support cells with screw terminals or nut
terminals excepting welding terminals. The relevant torque
is recommended for avoiding excessive force which can
damage the terminal thread when the bolts are tight.
For applied bolts, busbar, and tighten torque are shown
in the table below.

Charging efficiency
When charging a lead-acid battery, the energy between the charger and the battery may lose 15-30% due to heat loss. The efficiency of the 50ah lithium ion battery is 99.1%, and it can accept nearly 100% of the power from the charger or solar panel.
No self-discharge
The monthly self-discharge of 50ah lithium ion battery is less than 3%. The 50ah lithium ion battery can be fully charged for more than 1 year and hardly self-discharge. Due to self-discharge, lead batteries lose up to 30% of their capacity per month.

Battery: The 50ah lithium ion battery consists of a square lithium iron phosphate battery designed to meet the VDA size standard. Each battery is designed with explosion-proof stainless steel casing, flame-retardant electrolyte and built-in thermal fuse.
Design
The 50ah lithium ion battery is connected by bolts to improve the strength, conductivity and quality of our LiFePO4 battery. The battery is bolted through the longitudinal circuit board to provide balance and short-circuit protection. In the event of one or more battery cell failures, the circuit board will take the battery cell offline and allow the battery to continue to work normally under 12V voltage, but the capacity will be reduced.
Balance
When constructing each battery pack, 50ah lithium ion batteries are grouped together according to 10 items of consistency. The bolted battery design provides a stronger connection, which reduces resistance and improves current conductivity. In addition to passive balancing through vertical circuit boards, these batteries maintain the highest overall battery pack capacity and are designed to last more than 4000 cycles.
